Welcome to Perrey Psychology. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.

Fees and Payments

• The cost of each appointment is $180.00.

• Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

• If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you are eligible to receive a rebate from Medicare of approximately $86.00 for 10 appointments over a calendar year (January – December).

• Payments and rebates can be processed electronically if you provide relevant payment, bank, and Medicare details at the time of your appointment.

Booking Appointments

• Bookings are made via email.

• When requesting an appointment, please advise of your preferred days and times, and we will do our best to accommodate these preferences.

Cancellation Policy

• You are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment.

• Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the appointment being recorded as a ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNA).

• A DNA may count as one of your allocated appointments, and full payment will be required.

• Following two consecutive DNAs, you may not be able to access further appointments.

Rebates and Insurance

• To receive Medicare rebates, you must provide your Mental Health Care Plan and relevant Medicare details.

• Electronic processing of payments and rebates is available with the provision of appropriate details at the time of your appointment.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• All personal and health information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing psychological services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.

• The updated terms will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
